For a holiday hotel chain with 18 hotels in tourist and coastal areas with an average of 300 rooms per establishment and an all-inclusive business model. The chain is family owned and our relationship with the client dates back more than 10 years.
Our work and approach
This client came prescribed through a common collaborator who recommended us for an audit of all their risks, gaining the trust of the property and management team and presenting a global proposal for their entire insurance program.
<!– wpml:html_fragment –> We analyzed and proposed improvements in all their coverages and contracts in which we have brokered more than 77 policies and unified in the current 35 policies according to their establishments and risk situations in force.
<!– wpml:html_fragment –> We proposed in each branch the most appropriate Insurance Company for the coverage, resulting in a pool of 4 companies: one specialized in Directors and Administrators Liability, another for Property Damage and Civil Liability, another for Staff Accidents and finally another for the different construction activities and continuous reform and improvement works.

The main success of our work with this client has been to give continuity to their coverage and control their costs, due to their high frequency of claims.
