Our work and approach
Referenced in its initial moment by a Venture Capital firm -our client- that invested in the company, we carried out the Due Diligence and audit of its insurance and from there, gaining the confidence of its management team through the study of its insurance program and proposal of improvements, we were appointed mediators.
<!– wpml:html_fragment –> During these years we have proactively accompanied the company in its insurance program of Damages and Civil Liability, as well as Transport and vehicles, up to the 16 policies that we currently manage.
<!– wpml:html_fragment –> After understanding their needs and technically studying their risks, we proposed improvements in the coverages, especially for Damages and Civil Liability, and we recommended an International Program as they were growing and acquiring other companies.

Results
Implementation of an International Program, mainly for the management from Barcelona-Girona, of its risks in China, Italy and the United States. Optimization of the cost and improvement of coverage especially in Damages and Civil Liability, which was very relevant due to a serious loss in its main factory.
<!– wpml:html_fragment –> We successfully solved for the client, thanks to the activation of the guarantees of the Damage policy, a fire loss with a compensation of more than 3M€, in difficult dates for their main operations. The loss occurred on 22-Dec, and we were able to bring together the client, the insurer and the loss adjuster during the Christmas season to proceed with diligence in the initial conclusions, which were key to the subsequent success in the resolution of the loss.
