For a family meat company of master butchers, with more than 110 years of history and 135 workers, operating in the final part of the retail distribution of meat, specialized in veal
Our goal was to identify and adapt correctly to its high exposure to the end customer, and the need to meet all the requirements of both its first level distribution partners, as well as the most important department stores nationwide. Always considering the high quality of the product and its conservation, cooling and sales processes.

Our work and approach
We insured their industrial and commercial activity as well as their investment insurance in different projects, patrimonial and promoters, as well as their families, in addition to insuring their integral insurance program such as material damage in the facilities and stores, transport of goods, civil liability and protection insurance for administrators and directors of the companies
The perimeter of the insurance program included, in addition to the central facilities, three sales outlets of high value perceived by end customers in premium enclaves in Barcelona.

Results
We proposed the general optimization of its cost program and improvement of guarantees, unifying the different contracts with different agents in only one, specifically Ferrer&Ojeda; facilitating the relationship with the insurers and the simplification, agility and control in the management of the contracts.
Finally we achieved a satisfactory result in the management and indemnification in favor of the client of multiple frequency claims, most of them due to meteorological phenomena in their farms and/or accidental damages in their facilities, obtaining in all cases the 100% dand the requested amounts
