Client and project challenges
For a foundation located in Barcelona whose divisions of activity are always focused on helping the third social sector, maternal residence for foster mothers and their babies, nurseries for both children living in the residence and for others who may be in vulnerable situations, network of support apartments in which these mothers live with their children when they leave foster care and help them in the process of reintegration through supervision by social educators.
Our work and approach
The client contacted us because he was concerned and needed professional advice about the D&O policy, which was not yet underwritten. He also did not have much of a relationship with his insurance advisor.

We saw that the base was quite solid but that it was necessary to review the definitions of their activities and risks in the liability policy so that the umbrella of coverage was maximum at minimum cost. On the other hand, we studied several D&O insurance offers, looking for a partner insurance company very specialized in the effects that this type of insurance can have on the employers of non-profit organizations.

Results
We subscribe 5 insurance policies with our client such as Damages, Civil Liability, D&O, Accidents for users and Accidents of agreement for employees.
