Leading company in the elevator maintenance, rehabilitation and manufacturing sector, with an installed fleet of more than 40,000 elevators and 700 employees.
The insurance company had cancelled its fleet of 400 vehicles due to claims with its former broker, and at Ferrer&Ojeda our objective was to achieve 100% continuity.
Our work and approach
We negotiated a one-month extension with no premium increase, time that we took advantage of to negotiate with other insurers and obtain different alternatives.
We proposed a fleet scheme segmented into 13 types of vehicles and coverage options So+ Sv+ Defense and Claim+ Glass+ Accident Driver+ Assistance+ Theft and Own Damage.
Results
We improved the cost of insurance on the vehicle fleet by 30% overall, and not only did we improve coverage, but we also expanded roadside assistance. We managed to go from twelve fleets to three, and from five companies to two
