Business group located in the Basque Country integrated by independent companies specialized in the production of metal components for the automotive market, hydraulics, pneumatics, household appliances and furniture.

Our work and approach
We explained the commercial credit insurance to them, making them see the need for the product, we made a study of all the alternatives on the market, we chose the company that best suited their needs, and we designed a customized policy.

Results
In the first year of the policy they had an unpaid amount of 1 M€, which would have meant the closure of the company, if they did not have credit insurance.
We helped them with the documentation to present to the company, reviewing it and facilitating a very direct dialogue between client and company, to achieve a good resolution of the file. In a very short period of time, the company indemnified, guaranteeing the continuity of the company.
Fortunately, no such important unpaid debts have occurred again, but every year there are incidents, in which they count on our help.
