Construction company located in the city of Alcalá de Henares, Madrid since 1982. They are dedicated to the construction of housing and residential buildings in the state building more than 1,723,720 m2.
Our work and approach
After two years as mediators for the client, we managed his two surety policies; the underwriting agency imposed some conditions that made us change insurance company. We also took out the All Risks Construction policy with the client.
Results
As a result, we were able to take out seven more surety policies thanks to the good results of the two previous ones, and thanks to the advice of our commercial team.
