For a private university of reference in the country with three campuses: two in Barcelona and one 15km away from the two central campuses, for different faculties. We have been managing their insurance for more than 11 years.
Our work and approach
We manage and improve different insurances that we previously had through bank operators due to financial commitments. With a review of coverage, limits and recommendations to influence new policies with first level insurance companies in each case. We identified, created proposals and acceptance of the Travel Assistance Insurance program for students and teaching staff. In addition, we create CR insurance on X-Ray research equipment
Results
The result was the optimization of the cost and above all all the coverage and clauses of the policies that were previously managed through banking entities not specialized in insurance. We reported annual evolution of the policies in force, mainly the Student Service and improved the experience of the Affinity group, providing service through the insurance company’s website for the quick and agile contracting of travel assistance policies.
